Unified portal for appliance repair service

The officials from consumer affair ministry meet the top appliance manufacture’s representatives of LG, Samsung, Harvell’s, Philips, Sony, Blue star, Panasonic and others and discussed about unified portal for repair home appliances.

“We are going to develop a unified convergent portal for repair and maintenance of basic home appliances, including ROs, gas stoves, and refrigerators. Later, we will expand it to other consumer durable products, too,” Rohit Kumar Singh, consumer affairs secretary, told news reporters.

Its a solution of the appliances consumers who lost the warranty card during the warranty time, it can easily access through portal and do a claim.
